We introduce the Money Smart for Older Adults financial education that focuses on frauds and scams that target seniors. We review how to recognize frauds and scams, why older adults are at higher risk to being victims and we discuss the most common frauds and scams in today’s society, including COVID-19 related scams. Finally, we tell you how to protect yourself and your love ones against identity theft, the most common form of financial fraud.
